My thoughts on God:
God is, put simply, the most talented writer ever. He crafts us with care, making sure we have just the right role in the story that is everything. The reason there is so much suffering is because without conflict, a story is boring. Just look at Bob books. He banished Adam and Eve because they were Mary Sues/Gary Stus, and if there was to be any hope for them, something bad needed to happen to them.
My mom disagrees though.
She thinks God is perfect and divine and stuff.
I think he's an old guy typing away at the story of everything on an old typewriter.
And he's not perfect.
Sometimes he can be too brutal in his stories.
